Managers use Plan to describe outcomes, connect work, assign responsibility, estimate effort, and understand timing before creating live commitments.

Build the draft

Define the Project outcome, target timing, participants, Cards, dependencies, review gates, and completion criteria. Use Canvas to reason about relationships and Gantt to reason about sequence and dates.

Check reality

Before creation, confirm:

1. The right organization and client are selected.

5. Client-facing Cards reveal only appropriate information.

Creating a Project should be an explicit approval. A draft should never silently become live work.
