Understand AI Boundaries in Cards

CardBot may help interpret a project brief, draft language, assemble a reviewable plan, explain assumptions, or suggest alternatives.

CardBot should not directly bypass permissions, create live work without approval, redefine capacity, expose unrestricted workspace information, or judge a person's motives, competence, or character.

Deterministic Cards services remain responsible for authorization, organization isolation, valid relationships, assignment eligibility, schedule and capacity calculations, persistence, and audit. People remain responsible for approving decisions and understanding their consequences.

Treat AI-generated content as a proposal. Review names, dates, scope, assignments, estimates, privacy, and client visibility before accepting it.
