Understand Financials and Who Can See Them

Financials connects authorized commercial information to planned and completed delivery. Exact controls depend on organization configuration and your permissions.

Visibility

Financial data is not automatically visible to every Project participant. Finance-authorized users, Workspace Owners, Admins, or other explicitly permitted roles may see different information from Workers, contractors, and clients.

Use Financials responsibly

Review the source and timing of estimates, rates, costs, and delivery signals before making a decision. A financial signal should support discussion about scope, capacity, and delivery; it should not become an unsupported judgment about an individual.

If you believe you can see information you should not, stop and contact a Workspace Owner or Cards Support. Do not share a screenshot containing sensitive rates or client information.
